DO YOU SHIP?

No, we do not ship our treats. All orders must be picked up in Bakersfield.

DO YOU HAVE A BAKERY OR STORE?

No, we operate our business from home. Customers pick up their orders by appointment.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A CUSTOM ORDER FORM?

It’s easy! Scroll to the top of the page and select the order tab. Once we receive your order form, we will respond in 24-72 hours via e-mail. If you have not received your quote in the allotted time frame, please check your spam folder.

WHAT ARE YOUR PICK-UP DAYS/TIMES?

All orders must be picked up Wednesday-Friday from 4-6 pm. If these days don’t work for you, please address it under the customer notes on the order form.

WHAT IS THE ADDRESS TO PICK-UP MY TREATS?

The address is provided in your invoice under the notes section. For Venmo customers, we will e-mail you the address a day before your pick-up date.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU DELIVER?

We reside in Bakersfield, CA. No, we do not deliver. All treats must be picked up at the address listed on your invoice.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes! A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. A due date will be included on the invoice; however, if payment is not made by the due date, the invoice will be cancelled immediately. The remaining balance is due at time of pick-up or you can pay in full when you receive the invoice.
